Our Team makes our Studio
Everyone on our team is fully qualified from a variety of Pilates schools, from STOTT to Body Control, YMCA and various international qualifications.
Here in Midline Studio we encourage every instructor to be themselves, and teach in their style. This is why you may not have the same class with different instructors and we encourage you to try multiple instructors to experience their styles.
None the less, all are excellent teachers who will help you work towards your goals, whatever they may be - look and feel better, improve mobility and strength, recover from pregnancy or injury, gain strength.


Jill Everett
Jill has been teaching Pilates for 20+ years, across mat and all of the Pilates equipment, such as Reformer and Tower.
She completed her original professional trainings with Body Control Pilates and Pilates Foundation, way back when these were the only contemporary Pilates teachings . She continued her training studying classical pilates with first and 2nd generation teachers in NYC and LA .
Jill teaches both classical and contemporary styles of Pilates, preferring classical repertoire creating feel good classes full of fun and challenges and new learnings.

Connie Khoo
Connie is a qualified Pilates instructor from Sydney, Australia, with 8+ years of reformer practice. After seeing (and feeling) the results for herself, she trained so she could share that same energy with others.
Now based in London and working in tech by day, her classes are known for spicy, dynamic flows that are technically on point! Think functionality meets fun.
Get ready to engage your core and brace your powerhouse.

Mira Gyuleva
Mira is Pilates teacher with 7 years experience.
She loves people and having a good time whilst teaching movement.
Mira's favourite exercises to teach: anything on the box!
Least favourite: standing lunges
Aim: helping people loving their bodies.

Kathleen Benmore
Kathleen Benmore is a classically trained Pilates instructor, certified through APPI in both mat and reformer Pilates. She began her teaching journey in Australia, where she spent two years living and leading high-energy classes for a wide range of clients.
Since returning to the UK, Kathleen has continued to expand her expertise, completing a dynamic reformer training course with Ten Education in Notting Hill. Her teaching style combines strong technical foundations with a modern, energising approach.
Kathleen’s classes are designed to be both challenging and uplifting, delivering a full-body workout that builds strength, control, and confidence. She is passionate about creating a calm, friendly environment where clients can reconnect with their bodies and rediscover the enjoyment of movement.

Filomena Nascimento
Filomena is a YMCA certified Pilates instructor for Traditional Pilates, L3 Mat Pilates, Standing Pilates, Functional Reformer, Wunda Chair.
Her commitment to Pilates and holistic fitness began in 2023 after overcoming full-body hypotonia and muscle atrophy through intensive physical therapy and a rehabilitation-focused Pilates routine she designed herself.
Her deep study of biomechanics, anatomy, holistic rehabilitation, and mental rehearsal techniques ultimately led her to pursue formal Pilates training.
Today, Filomena’s practice is dedicated to helping clients reconnect with their bodies and to build a stronger version of themselves. She blends Pilates with functional exercises, endurance training, and Olympic methods such as active visualization and targeted breathwork.

Manuela Craciunescu
Manuela is a STOTT PILATES® certified instructor with a lifelong passion for movement and fitness. Since childhood, sports have been in her life—fueling a drive and shaping her understanding of health. As a dedicated fitness professional, Manuela believes deeply in the power of balance—aligning body and mind through mindful movement.
Earning her Pilates certification was a journey of hard work and dedication, and it is now her mission not only to help others discover their inner strength but to inspire them to take their first step on this journey.
Through her own example, she aims to spark a sense of excitement and possibility—so that everyone can feel empowered to grow, move, and thrive."

Eirini Kasapidou
She is a STOTT PILATES® Instructor fully trained in L1 equipment (Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair & Barrels) with an academic background in Nutrition and Dietetics. Born and raised in Greece, Eirini has been based in London for almost seven years. She originally moved to the UK to pursue a career in Clinical Research, but along the way Pilates stole her heart and full attention. She currently splits her time between a corporate role during the day and her Pilates passion in the afternoons.
Eirini is trained to deliver safe, effective, and enjoyable Pilates sessions that focus on building strength, improving mobility, and supporting overall wellbeing. Whether someone is a complete beginner or working at an intermediate to advanced level, Eirini can help clients move with confidence, improve posture, feel stronger in their bodies, and challenge themselves in a supportive way.
