Refund Policy
Memberships
Memberships are non-transferable and exclude refunds unless requested within 14 days of the contract start date. Refunds will be issued net of pro-rata deductions for services already delivered.

You can cancel a membership by cancelling online at least 30 days before the next due invoice, for a cancellation after the 2-month commitment period.
Class Packs
Class packs are non-refundable once any session has been used.
Private Sessions and Events
Single booked private, semi-private sessions or events can be refunded in full if not used. A pack of private, semi-private sessions or events are non-refundable once any session has been used.
